When we first started looking for a home we did what everyone does, scoured zillow. As we naively "hearted" these properties we started using words like "Zestimate" and tried to schedule viewings. We quickly realized it was feast or famine. Either we'd instantly receive a dozen calls or texts or get little to no response, in both scenarios we never got the opportunity to actually view the property.A dear friend heard my dilemma and replied. "Hey, why don't you call Erin."Within moments of my text to Erin she had already gained us access to the website and started a group chat with my partner and I. Erin lined up virtual showings because we both were recovering from Covid.We quickly realized Photoshop and opportune lighting and angles did a lot for the listing but not much for the actual homes.
