I would highly recommend Devin Cichowski and the Miale Team for any of your real estate needs. My wife and I were first time homebuyers and to complicate the matter we were also looking to move from Boston to the Avon, CT area due to a change in jobs. My wife and I began looking for a home in the Spring of 2016. As first time home buyers, the search was very stressful. Our agent at that time did very little to relieve that stress and help us through the process. So, we decided to change agents. Hiring Devin was the best decision we ever made. The market was extremely competitive when taken into consideration the location and type of home that we were looking for. Most of the listings that met our criteria went under deposit within a couple of days. As a result, we were in a position that we needed to view potential homes as soon as they became available. Regardless of his schedule, Devin made appointments for us within 24 hours of our request. More often than not, we were able to view homes that same day. On several occasions, Devin would meet us at a property in the evening after a long day of showings to ensure that we saw the home before other potential buyers. He never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Our search was extensive. Devin knew that our needs and wants were very specific. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on any particular home. Rather, he would simply point out positive and negative attributes that were relevant to our search. My wife gave birth to our first child in January 2017. Our search became more aggressive at that time. I was calling/texting Devin daily. He responded immediately each and every time.
